the position of the hotel was beautiful, easy to reach everything. besides, it was not far from tranquil gardens and an easy cab ride from the beach. the double room that we stayed in was fashionable and good sized.

The location was stunning, for example, Laguna Kaan Luum was just a short stroll away from the hotel. The room was well-appointed and good sized when upgraded with an enormous bathroom complete with jacuzzi, the garden plus a very comfy bed.

The gardens and the room were fine. The staff's attentiveness was excellent. They were ready to assist any time I reached out, especially on WhatsApp. Breakfast every morning was good, with a variety of choices that changed daily, and the pool view was refreshing.

The Beautiful Garden View Room with Hot Tub was a perfect retreat, surrounded by beautifully maintained gardens. Particularly Manuel at breakfast, provided really good service. The atmosphere was tranquil. The noise from other guests at times disturbed the calm, and the Wi-Fi connection could be spotty. Despite these minor issues, the overall experience was excellent.

Highly Recommend for Couples Looking for Peace
The garden and pools were a perfect escape from the chaos. The staff, especially the guy at reception, went out of his way to help us, even packing a lunch box for our trip to Chichen Itza.
It definitely wasn't cheap, but the value was still acceptable.

Coco hacienda tulum, adults only is in a great spot, away from noisy nightlife but still close to the main area. The staff were super friendly and even packed a breakfast to go for me one day. The garden pool room was huge and super clean, and the pool and garden were beautiful.
